Interim Reporting Information System (IRIS)
The Interim Reporting Information System (IRIS) is used by agency HR offices to run reports on current personnel data until the HR portion of SAP's Business Warehouse is complete. HR professionals use Microsoft Access to create their own custom reports and to access a number of saved views of HR data. These views are all refreshed by close-of-business each Friday, and some are refreshed daily. Data in most views is frozen twice each year and is available in a series of "frozen" views. The historical and frozen views previously maintained in the Integrated Personnel Payroll System (IPPS) are also included.
Complete the online HRISD authorization request form to obtain a new Oracle username and password. Requests must be approved by your supervisor, HR director and by OA. All approved users will be given agency-wide access to all views contained in IRIS. When an employee transfers to a new agency, they must submit the HRISD authorization request form again to be given access.
Accounts will be locked when an employee goes 180 days without using their account, or after 10 failed login attempts.
