Disability Services

The commonwealth is required to ensure equal employment opportunities for applicants and employees with disabilities. Included in this responsibility is the requirement to provide an effective reasonable accommodation for a qualified applicant or employee with a disability. Additionally, agencies must follow all requirements outlined in the following policies:

Disability services coordinators play a primary role in adherence to these guidelines and administer disability accommodation programs.

New hires and applicants can submit Disability/Pregnancy Accommodation Requests and Religious Accommodation Requests electronically. Disability Service Coordinators can also process and manage requests electronically.
