Filling Positions

The Office of Administration has information for agency HR professionals on utilizing the NEOGOV system for the commonwealth hiring process for all internal job postings and external non-civil service postings. 

Use the E-PAR application to submit your transaction to the OA, HR Service Center.

Civil Service

Agency HR professionals who handle recruitment can access additional information in the merit hiring resources for HR professionals site.  You must have permission to access the site. If you do not have access, notify your agency's security coordinator. Your security coordinator will work with OA to grant you the appropriate permissions.   
The Civil Service Act tells you what is required as part of a civil service job posting.
