Filling Positions

The Office of Administration has information for agency HR professionals on utilizing the NEOGOV system for the commonwealth hiring process for all internal job postings and external non-civil service postings. 

Use the E-PAR application to submit your transaction to the OA, HR Service Center.
 

Merit System Hiring

Agency and delivery center HR professionals responsible for talent acquisition functions can access additional information in the merit hiring resources for HR professionals site.  You must have permission to access the site. If you do not have access, notify your agency's security coordinator. Your security coordinator will work with OA to grant you the appropriate permissions.   
 
 
Act 71 of 2018 and the Rules of Classified Service Employment can provide you with information on how to fill merit system covered positions.       

Contact the Bureau of Talent Acquisition for information regarding the appointment and promotion of employees in the classified service.

Non-Civil Service
