HR Error Reporting Tool
The HR Error Reporting Tool is the central repository used by OA-Human Resources for SAP HR/Payroll system transactions processing errors. With the exception of time errors, the HR Service Center reviews and corrects all transaction errors for supported agencies. Agency time advisors are responsible for reviewing and correcting all time data errors.
Independent agencies (those not supported by the HR Service Center) should use the HR Error Reporting Tool to review and correct:
- Payroll Data Errors
- Time Data Errors
- Personnel Administration Data Errors
- Benefits Data Errors
- Organization Management Data Errors
