AskHR for HR

The use of HR Case Management (CM) has been expanded to include HR Report Requests and Resignation in Lieu of Discharge Approval. These CM tickets should be submitted in place of phone calls or emails.
This expansion will help us continue to assess the use of the Infor CM tool for additional HR processes, more formally track the intake of these requests, and begin to track turn-around time.
