Central Services Transactions

OA-Human Resources has responsibility for the enterprise-wide configuration, operations and maintenance of the SAP HR/payroll system.  Independent agencies (those not supported by the HR Service Center) are provided access to the Central Services Transactions Form  to request the completion of complex SAP/payroll actions typically restricted within SAP.

Use the CST form to request ICS retroactive (employee/time and attendance) transactions and other complex actions.  The CST form allows the HR Service Center to accurately track and provide accountability for the completion of these complex transaction requests.

The CST form should not be used to submit questions, reports requests or research requests; these items should be sent via the HR/pay help desk tool.

Access

Access to the CST Form is restricted to authorized users; use this  authorization request to submit users for your agency.
