**NOTE: All "PPI.SAP_TIME_HISTORY_" views contain data for active employees as well as for employees who have separated within the last 15 months. Time History data is not available in any "TIME_HISTORY" view for employees who have separated 15 months ago or longer.

*NOTE: IRIS views with "WFT" in the name are refreshed on a daily basis Tuesday through Saturday. All other IRIS views are refreshed weekly and contain data that is current as of close-of-business the previous Friday. Consequently, data inconsistencies may result when linking a daily to a weekly view.

Frozen

Frozen views represents a snapshot of data from the corresponding current view as it stood during a particular time period. For example, the frozen data for the end of the 2011 fiscal year would contain data as it stood at the end of the fiscal year on 6/30/11. Typically, each current view is frozen twice each year — once at the end of the fiscal year, and once at the end of the calendar year. However, freezes are sometimes performed for other special circumstances.

From SAP

Each view contains the same fields as the corresponding current view; however, each frozen view contains an additional field, FRZ_VIEW_LONG_DT, which may be used to specify the frozen period for which a user would like to obtain data.  It is strongly recommended that this field be included in all queries using a frozen view. The criteria format for the field is YYYY/MM, i.e. 2011/06, 2010/12, etc.

Each view contains 2 frozen period fields: FROZEN_PD (format: MM/YY) and FROZEN_PERIOD (format: YYYY/MM). Either field may be used to specify the frozen period. It is strongly recommended that one of these fields be included in all queries using a frozen view.
